Check the guest count on the dome. Airbnb lists this reservation as 1 guest while the Edgecomb cottage is booked for 3. Either there are separate dome bookings for Allison and Sean, or the party size needs updating with Ana Luisa. The booking is non-refundable, so a change request goes through the host rather than a cancel-and-rebook.

Same guest-count gap here — the room is reserved for 2 adults. A Double Queen physically sleeps three, but the reservation says two, and the free-change window closed at 6:00 PM on Aug 3: any cancellation or change now carries a fee of up to 100% of the $271.30. Don't touch it in the Hotels.com app. Call the inn's front desk directly and ask them to note a third guest — properties almost always handle that on arrival for a small per-person charge rather than re-pricing the booking.

Keep the Jeep until Tuesday morning. The old Monday-evening return plan assumed a Hilton Garden Inn airport shuttle. Tru by Hilton is a different property and no shuttle is confirmed — with a 6:30 AM flight and a 4:45 AM departure, the Jeep is now the reliable way to PWM. The Alamo reservation already books the drop-off for Tue Aug 11 at 5:30 AM, which lines up. If you'd rather rely on a shuttle, confirm with the front desk that one runs that early before giving the Jeep back Monday night.
